TERMS.

By using this site and its services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by Krysten M Bercume, Krysten the Medium, and krystenthemedium.com. All mediumship sessions are private and are intended for the scheduled person only. All mediumship sessions are over the phone, not in person, or via video; with the acceptation of Forensic Mediumship, as described below. All mediumship services require payment upon scheduling. Services are not confirmed or scheduled until payment is rendered in full. Krysten reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule services. Rates are not based on an exact amount of time spent with the client. The amount of time spent with a client will depend solely on the connection maintained between Krysten and Spirit.

CONDITIONS.

By scheduling an appointment for services, you hereby acknowledge that you are 18 years or older, and agree that Krysten M. Bercume; also known as Krysten the Medium, is not responsible for any individual decisions made during and/or after a session. Any information provided during a service is strictly for the interpretation of the client. This is for entertainment purposes only. Krysten does not give predictions, or advice regarding lottery, job, marriage, or relationships. This is not within Krysten’s belief system and is unethical in her code of practice. All medical, financial, psychological advice should be sought by a professional.

FORENSIC MEDIUMSHIP.

Krysten M Bercume, Krysten the Medium, and krystenthemedium.com reserve the right to refuse any forensic case. Each case will be examined independently and such said determination will be rendered in a timely manner. All Forensic Mediumship services are donated with the exception of expenses required for travel, airfare, room & board.

Krysten reserves the right at any time during the investigation to remove herself from the Forensic team. All information received and given is for informational purposes only and to be interpreted by the client. Any decisions made during and/or after the investigation are at the sole responsibility of the client; and hereby absolve Krysten M Bercume, Krysten the Medium, and krystenthemedium.com, heirs and assigned, from any legal action presently or in the future.
